WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS WITH CUSTOM ORDERED INVITATIONS?:

Consult one on one with our stationery experts

We explore your ideas, colors, themes, and budget and arrive at an initial concept for your design

Any inspirational material you provide is helpful

You approve an initial price quote and timeline

Next, you submit a 50% deposit, a signed contract and your invitation wording (10% in non-refundable)

We start designing your custom invitation

You will approve the design proofs

You get three free rounds of PDF custom design proofs. Any proofs above the three are billed at $25 each

We revise these proofs based on your feedback

Once you approve the final proof, your design is sent for printing

Your invitations are printed and shipped in 5-20 business days, depending on the services requested (we do provide rush services)

I HAVE A MONOGRAM THAT I WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE IN MY WEDDING INVITATION. CAN YOU DO THAT?

Yes. Simply send us a black and white vector art file of the image.
We accept .ai, .eps, or.psd files. If you need help please feel free to call us and we will be able to walk you through this.

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM MONOGRAMS?

Yes we do. When we begin our inital conversation please let us know if this is something you are interested in.
We will be able to provide you vector art of the image that you will be able to use on multiple surfaces.

I WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE A PHOTOGRAPH ON MY INVITATION OR SAVE THE DATE CARD. CAN YOU DO THIS?

Yes, we can do this using digital offset printing. Just e-mail us a 300 dpi image and we’ll take care of the rest!
Unfortunately for letterpress, photo printing simply isn’t possible.

I WANT TO PRINT MY WEDDING INVITATIONS AT HOME. WILL YOU SELL YOUR DESIGN TO ME?

At this time we do not sell or license our artwork. We apologize for any inconveince this might cause.
But we are flexible in working with your budget.

RUSH SERVICE

We offer rush orders ($100, not including expedited shipping) but please let us know ahead of time that this is your need.
We can also send unprinted envelopes to you ahead of the invitations, so you can begin addressing them while we print your invitations.
We also offer expedited shipping – we strongly suggest you spring for this if you’re in a hurry!

There are several ways to reduce the turnaround time with your inviations with out incuring rush charges:
Have all your wording prepared and proofread ahead of time. Multiple requests for proof revisions are the biggest contributor to prolonged turnaround times, and can increase the likelihood of error. While we encourage you to get creative with custom ordered inks, papers and envelopes, these options add time to the invitation production process and ordering from the paper mills.

CANCELLATIONS

There is a $100 cancellation charge if you decide to cancel before approving your final proof, plus we will not refund 10% of your overall estimate. Once your final proof is approved, there are no cancellations, and no refunds.
